How to export or delete your Killion data

You can take your data out at any time, and you can delete the account outright. Deletion cancels the subscription in the same operation.

Export produces the data Killion holds for your account. Deletion removes it. Neither requires contacting support.

Step by step

  1. Open your profile settings. Export and deletion both live in the account section.
  2. Export first if you want a copy. Deletion is not reversible, so take the export before you delete if you want to keep anything.
  3. Delete the account. Deleting cancels your subscription at the same time. As a safeguard, if the cancellation cannot be completed nothing is deleted — you are never left paying for an account that no longer exists.

Deleting the account does not revoke the connection at your brokerage. Revoke Killion from your institution’s connected-applications screen as well if you want to remove it there too.

Common questions

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Yes, automatically and in the same operation. If the cancellation fails, the deletion is aborted so you cannot end up paying for a deleted account.
Is deletion reversible?
No. Export anything you want to keep first.
